Allow leaders to set specific team members or roles needed per service and adjust those needs week by week. For example, we currently have only one guitarist, so auto-scheduling assigns them every week, which is unnecessary and unwanted. We also don't need a saxophonist every week for example. Being able to modify team requirements per service would help prevent over-scheduling.
